Case Manager report, like all great reports, begin with effective data. For the Case Manager Report to be valuable, data needs to be added to the Client Info 2 tab in the field labeled “Case Manager”. Select the appropriate agency worker that best represents “case manager”. The report that will generated from this field will include the select clients that are part of a case manager’s caseload. We’ve also included in this report POS Expirations and IHSS NOAs. This is a core case manager report. Enjoy!!

Client Service Rates are an optional set up in QSP, and are beneficial if you have varying worker Rates of Pay per client. Minimum and Maximum rates per service type can be set up that will override what is set up in a worker’s HR profile. You will see the results of setting up Client Service Rates when the Payroll Processing Report is generated in Excel, which will display a worker’s Rate of Pay, and if it was impacted by a specific client’s Service Rates.

Updating a client’s IHSS value is quick and easy within a client’s profile. Once updated, a proper effective date should be assigned in order for the IHSS value to display on the appropriate month’s reports and calendars. When indicating the proper effective date, if the 1st of any month is chosen, the update IHSS value will be displayed for that given month. If any day other than the 1st of the month is chosen (ie 2nd – 31st), the IHSS value will be displayed on the following month’s reports and calendars. Watch this video to learn more.

Each medical appointment that a client has can be tracked under the Doctor’s tab in their client profile. The notes transcribed within each appointment populate directly to the Medication Annual and Quarterly Reports. Also, each Doctor’s visit appears on the client calendar highlighted in blue.  When adding a new Visit, the doctor name drop down menu pulls the “Medical” (vs “Agency” or “Important”) contacts that are associated with the specific client. However, you can also manually enter a doctor name as well. A main difference between the Quarterly and Annual Medication Reports is the heading of the report. Any date range can be selected for either. Go get ’em!

One of the most vital parts of supporting our consumers is ensuring that they complete the medication regimen that they have been prescribed. QuickSolvePlus has a Medication Tracking Report in place that can be printed and put in the consumer’s home for staff to use as a tool to validate what meds are being administered and when. The Medication Tracking Report contains all the data that you enter into the Med Rx tab of the client module. The more robust you want the details of this report to be, the more robust your data entry would need to be from this entry point. You also have the option to print a comments page every other page if it’s important to you. You’ll notice PRN’s show toward the end of the report.  Watch this video tutorial for how to access the med tracking report and view/print for one or all of your consumers. Keep in mind that this report can also be accessed from each individual client profile under the reports icon.

This tutorial shows you how to access and use the IHSS reporting tool which is helpful to see and communicate how many IHSS hours are being used, by whom, on what day, and with which consumer.  This report can be viewed per client, and thus see how IHSS hours are being claimed for each worker, or it can be viewed per worker, to quickly see how their IHSS hours are distributed with each client.  This report is easily printable, and will save you massive amounts of time with whatever method your agency uses to fill out IHSS timecards.

This tutorial shows how a user of QSP can enter the amount of mileage driven with a client during a particular shift. In the edit shift window, not only can mileage be entered, but also the FROM and TO addresses or locations traveled. These location fields can contain a large amount of text, so if the worker is traveling with the client to multiple locations during one shift, you can still capture each address. For example:   FROM: A      TO: B to C to D to E to F and back to A

At any point, a Mileage Tracking Report can be processed for one worker or multiple workers, as well as for one client or multiple clients, depending on your goal for the mileage data. Best of use to you!
