Limited Help Desk Hours
Monday April 10th through Friday April 15th our help desk support hours will be limited. Our commitment has always been to return support emails and calls within 1 business day. Our support desk response time currently averages less than 4 hours! Please excuse any delay in response that is greater than one business day for this one week period.

New Report – Client Contact List
The client Contact List report is an exportable Excel document that includes all pertinent contact info for client contacts. The report can be filtered in advance by contact type (agency, medical or important) if specificity is needed. Now your conservator, parent, coordinator contacts, etc can be easily extracted for ease of use.
To access this report, from your QSP welcome screen, go to Clients -> Reports -> Contact List. Enjoy!
