Michael has been dedicated to human services most of his adult life, guided by a commitment to serving others. Originally from Australia, he has embraced every opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

With a background in IT and life coaching, Michael brings a unique blend of technical expertise and personal development skills to his work. For the last decade, Michael excelled as a Case Facilitator and SLS Supervisor. 

Recently, he transitioned to the QSP team to share his wealth of knowledge and experience. At home, his wife and five children inspire him daily, reinforcing the values of faith, family, and service that shape both his professional and personal journey.
