Yes, if a staff accidentally clocks in or out at a time that is inconsistent with reality, their time can be adjusted by an administrator.
Yes, you can absolutely track the location of each staff’s clock in/out. Using geofence technology, it can be determined if a staff is clocking in or out at the proper location. This information can also be used for EVV compliance.
You can set up 4 types of alerts so you and your team are aware of every clock scenario: No Clock Ins, No Clocks Outs, Early/Late, and Created Shifts. These can each have custom time parameters that define when these alerts get sent.
Payroll, billing and timesheets are generated using the data from the schedule. Staff clock in and out of their scheduled shifts which updates their schedule in real-time to reflect what actually happened.
Yes, there’s a setting you can turn on to allow staff to create a shift to clock in to, which is helpful if they are picking up a shift that’s not pre-scheduled. These types of shifts are unvalidated, and require an admin approval prior to generating to payroll and billing reports.
