What Our Customers Are Saying
I’ll be honest, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) can be a real headache, especially when you’re not super tech-savvy like me. But since we started using QSP, I feel a lot more secure. The system just works – it tracks everything automatically and makes sure we’re always compliant, without me having to stress about it. I don’t have to worry about missed visits or confusing paperwork anymore. QSP takes care of the technical side of things, so I can focus on providing care, knowing the system has my back when it comes to EVV requirements.

What puts my mind at ease is knowing that I’m giving the regional center exactly what they need. I don’t have to second-guess whether the documentation is right or if everything’s up to code. QSP handles it all seamlessly, and I can trust that the right information is being sent over without a hitch. It’s one less thing to lose sleep over.
Sadie H.Frequently Asked Questions
Can staff get reminders of their scheduled shifts?
Yes. You can configure alerts to be sent out as texts, emails or push notifications to remind staff when their shift is about to start.
Does the Schedule allow for multi-client, or multi-staff shift arrangements?
Yes. QSP accommodates varying staffing ratios, such as: 1:1, 1:2, etc (one staff serving one or more clients at once. Or, 2:1 and 3:1 scenarios in which multiple staff are serving one client at the same time.
Who can make changes to the schedule?
QSP has a wide range of security permissions that can be customized per user, so you can determine who can make schedule changes, and who cannot.
How does the Scheduling module work with QSP’s time tracking and service note documentation?
Time tracking and documentation are incorporated directly into the scheduler. As staff clock in and out of their shifts, the scheduler is updated with their actual clocked times. Additionally, any documentation created during a shift is attached to the corresponding schedule, allowing for easy verification of service delivery.
How do we communicate when their are open shifts?
You can use the S.O.S. feature to send open shift requests to staff (via text/email/push notifications), and even filter delivery by who is trained to work with a particular client.
Can I export schedules to a third-party calendar (Google, Outlook, etc.)?
No, this is intentionally not allowed to maintain HIPAA compliance.
