• Additional phone/virtual training/support sessions at discounted rate of $100/hr ($50/hr savings)
• Access to monthly group training sessions (conducted by Training Pro on how to use varying features in QSP)
*Recommended for agencies that require occasional assistance and faster response times. Best for growing businesses that need access to priority support, basic training and guidance, but do not require dedicated support representatives. Suitable for agencies that want a balance of cost and responsive service. These agencies typically have a natural inclination to optimize their use of QSP’s tools and desire to take small, regular steps to improve.
